Terms
The seller transfers ownership of the vehicle described above to the buyer for the sale price stated, and acknowledges receiving payment in full. The seller states that they are the legal owner, that the vehicle is free of liens and encumbrances, and that the information above is true to the best of their knowledge.
Sold as-is. The buyer has had the opportunity to inspect the vehicle and accepts it in its present condition, as-is and where-is, with no warranty, express or implied, from the seller. The buyer acknowledges the vehicle has aftermarket modifications, including an engine tune, as listed by the seller.
Florida doesn't require a bill of sale to be notarized. The seller must still sign the title over to the buyer and file a Notice of Sale (form HSMV 82050) with a county tax collector within 30 days. This form is provided as a convenience and is not legal advice.
